It’s berry season! Freezer jam is a wonderful way to capture the delicious flavor of freshly picked strawberries. I love this recipe because it’s easy, fast and doesn’t require any cooking. I am fortunate to live in Oregon where the strawberries are sweet and full flavored. The little bit of sour added by the lemon gives a nice balance to the sweetness of the berries. It also works well with raspberries.
